Design & Installation

Design Process

At Ridgeway we have evolved a way of working to ensure total service and complete involvement. From the initial design meeting, which can be in our showroom with everything to hand, or in your home where you can relax through to the completed installation, we will help you to navigate to the best kitchen for your budget.

We are very good at what we do with a true understanding of how to fit a kitchen in your property and not just a shiny showroom. The process can be broken down into several stages, and it all starts with meeting you.

Showroom Visit

We encourage customers to arrange a showroom visit. Not all kitchen furniture is created equal, so come to the showroom and experience the quality. Meet one of our experienced designers who will take the time to learn about your needs, design preferences and budget. Bring your plans and integrate the design if your project is an extension.

Home Appointment

We need to visit you in your home. One of our experienced designers will come and discuss all your ideas with you and take the necessary measurements. We get a true sense of what you want to achieve, how your family exist in the space and what objectives to meet so that we can ensure the right outcome for you.

Design Consultation

After the home appointment, we invite you for a complete design consultation. Your kitchen designer will present 3D plans and allow you to ask questions, give feedback and make changes to the design if required. We work with you until you're happy with the design before moving forwards.

Check Measure

The Installation Manager will visit your home to discuss your new kitchen's finer points. We will confirm all finishes and electrical and plumbing requirements, check all measurements, and identify any potential issues to work around.

We will finalise the project's delivery date, installation start, and expected duration.

Order Kitchen

Once the design is checked against the final measure, we ask for a deposit and send your personalised plan to be manufactured. Once we have a kitchen furniture delivery date, we will confirm your installation date.
Our kitchens are factory built, specifically for your kitchen plan, and come as solid cabinets, not flat packed.

Installation

Our Installations Manager will oversee your project and ensure we install your kitchen quickly and professionally. We will make the transition from old to new as pain-free as possible with minimal disruption. We manage every detail of your project, and all work will be completed to a very high standard.

Completion

Once your new kitchen installation is finished, you will be taken through a completion handover with your contract manager. We want to ensure you are happy with our work and that there are no outstanding issues. We will issue your aftercare pack containing all essential warranty and product information.

Post Completion

We are sure you will love your new kitchen, and once you have given it a proper test run, we would love to hear from you.
Our customer care doesn't stop – we are proud of our aftercare. We are always available to help with any issues or problems.
